This late 1800s home had lost its character through many  ill-executed renovations. The task was to renovate it and shine some life back into it with fresh and modern finishes. Reinvent the floor plan for improved functionality and traffic flow.

• Open up the floor plan to create a sense of spaciousness.

• Add custom built-ins for much needed storage and bring in character.

• Use a  soothing color palette to make the space feel zen and inviting. Add a powder room.

This has been a labor of love for many years. The result is a home filled with spaces that are inviting, comfortable, and chic.
